Summer School in Croatia: Western Balkans Countries and New Security Challenges – Integration or Isolation”

The IIP supports since 15 years the program of our board member Prof. Radovan Vukadinovic of the Atlantic Council of Croatia who organised together with the the IIP an international Summer School in Sipan, Croatia on the topic: “Western Balkans Countries and New Security Challenges – Integration or Isolation”. Besides a general financial commitment, the IIP also funded the participation of four students from the University to Vienna who are researching in this field. The summer school took place under the high auspices of the President of the Republic of Crotia, Madame Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic who was holding a lecture and who participated two days. The participants have mostly been students from the Western Balkan Region. Hannes Swoboda and Stephanie Fenkart have been there representing the IIP.
